Equipment rental pick up and returns are done by appointment only. Pick up or return appointments are made through Opendock. Please see instructions below:
For returning customers and existing Opendock users please visit https://carrier.opendock.com/app/login to book an appointment to pickup or return equipment.
If you have previously created an opendock account you can skip ahead to Step 3, otherwise please go to http://www.opendock.com, then click on “Carrier Login”.
Now to create an account click on “Register”
Fill out the registration form then click on “Register”
Now go to your email and click the link to verify your account.
Now you are ready to log in to Opendock, to log in go to https://carrier.opendock.com/app/login
Under “Find Warehouse” type our SCAC code “FSZC” and then select “Four Seasons Fresh Transport, LLC – FSZC Equipment Depot”
Click on “Request Appointment”
If you are picking up equipment please select the load type “Equipment Pick Up” and if you are returning equipment please select “Equipment Return”
If you are picking up equipment select “Picking up Equipment”. If you are returning equipment please enter the Chassis ID. Finally select “Request Appoinment”
